Process
Step 1
Pour yourself a glass of Imagery wine, and get ready for the creative process.
Step 2
Lay down the 3 cheese to create your anchor points. We like to pick cheeses that vary in flavor, size and color.
Step 3
Add small bowls of marcona almonds and crunchy chickpeas, and small dish of gherkins. With the cheeses and bowls, we’ve created six primary sections.
Step 4
Fill the voids with a small bowl of honey, various meats and crackers. Add grapes for freshness and a pop of color. Fan out the crackers and add your favorite breadsticks, you can never have too many carbs on a charcuterie board. Fold up the meat and layer the slices on top of each other to create height and movement on the board. We love how they look and they resemble flower petals when layered. If you have prosciutto you can roll them in bundles and they look like roses. Add radishes for an unexpected and refreshing crunch and figs for a hint of sweetness.
Step 5
Finally fill in any last gaps with crackers, almonds and anything you have remaining. It’s hard to stop adding items but once your board is full, it’s time to start snacking!
