About the Process

Daniel Senise is known for paintings that explore memory, space, and the presence or absence of objects. His process often involves transferring textures from real surfaces—like floors or walls—onto canvas or fabric, creating layered works that feel both physical and architectural. He combines materials such as dust, fabric, and photographic elements, building images that blur the line between painting and installation.
