Robert Hudson (1938–2024) grew up in Richland and earned his MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1963. He was included in the influential FUNK exhibition alongside artists like Robert Arneson.
His work is held in major collections including the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum of American Art, and Smithsonian American Art Museum.
